Prices exclude GST where applicable. Pay once a year from the society account; it goes through your own two-signature approval like any other expense.
Pricing questions
Why is every feature on every plan?
Because transparency is the product. Charging owners to see their own books would defeat the point, so the free plan has everything the paid plans have.
How do we pay?
Once a year, by bank transfer from the society's or block's own account, against an invoice. In Commonkeep it's an expense like any other, so it needs your own two signatures.
What counts as a flat?
Each unit your society or block collects maintenance or service charges from: flats, apartments, shops or offices.
What happens if we stop paying or leave?
Your books stay readable and exportable. You can download everything, any time, on every plan, and take it with you.
